On Saturday 24th May, Rob Shrimpton will be running / jogging / crawling from London to Brighton to raise money for CALM, the suicide prevention charity on a mission to help people end their misery, not their lives.

Rob first raised money for CALM when grieving the loss of his father, and ran 10K, which was the biggest challenge he could could think of at the time. 10 years on from losing his dad to suicide, he plans to run 10 times further - 100K!

You can support Rob by donating online and by spreading the word about the amazing work of CALM
